Arriving by Public Transport

Our Canterbury clinic is on the University of Kent campus, next to the University Medical Centre. Local buses stop close to the pharmacy, at Giles Lane bus stop. The pharmacy is a 20-minute bus ride from Canterbury station on the 400, 401 or UNI2. 

Arriving by Car

Follow the A290 Whitstable Road and turn into Giles Lane where the clinic is on the left-hand side. The University Medical Centre next to the pharmacy has 34 parking spaces. 

Accessibility 

We are a wheelchair-user-friendly pharmacy with easy access from Giles Lane. We have customer toilets in the pharmacy.

About the Consultations

A vital aspect of ensuring safe travel is undergoing a pre-travel consultation. This consultation will be conducted by the pharmacist, providing you with the opportunity to explore essential travel vaccinations, recommended travel medications, and medical kits. Additionally, you can address any health concerns you may have in connection with your upcoming travel itinerary.  

Consultations usually last around 20 minutes, with an appointment fee of £20 covering the professional administration of vaccines. We usually have vaccines in stock which means they can be administered right after your consultation. 

Please note we do not currently vaccinate children under the age of 5 years old.
